Mixed Reality System for Tracking of 1:100 Scale Buildings in a Town Planning Scenario

An area of Malmø is being further developed. Part of the process is the gentrification of an existing area as well as the construction of completely new buildings. The result needs to be a harmonious suburb which suits the needs of those living in it. Furthermore, a large part of the area is parkland, so this parklike feeling needs to be maintained. In this project, Mixed Reality tools will be used as part of the design process allowing the decision makers, architects, end users etc to discuss the proposed plans, actively design and appreciate the final town-area before it is built.
